As they learned more, they grew increasingly dissatisfied. So, they decided to start their own company called LLC Ikrok. With their experience, cleverness, and passion, they created an innovative Ukrainian Outsourcing company. They realized that their knowledge was too valuable to keep to themselves, so they decided to write a book about outsourcing.
